1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

1.1 Custom Products: Since each memory plush bunny l is created uniquely based on your baby blanket, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

1.2 Non-Customized Products: If you purchase non-customized products (e.g., accessories or add-ons), you may be eligible for a refund or return according to the terms outlined below.

2. Refunds and Returns for Non-Customized Products

2.1 Refund Request: To request a refund or return for non-customized products, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Return Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund or return if the product is not returned in its original condition.

2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

2.4 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, as applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days.

3. Manufacturing Defects or Errors

3.1 Defective or Incorrect Product: If your custom-made stuffed animal has a manufacturing defect or if we made an error in creating your item, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2 Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or incorrect item.

3.3 Replacement or Refund: We will offer you the option of a replacement product at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method, including any shipping fees. In the event the original material cannot be reused you will need to supply different material or we can purchase some for you.
